NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17004679CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and KENNETH EDWARD BLACK; JEFFREY MICHAEL BLACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DALE GILLUM, JR; NKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JEFF BLACK; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JERRY SUE BLACK A/K/A JERRY S. BLACK; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of October, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 2, BLOCK 4, PASADENA PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
