NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003187-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and FAROOQ A. SYED A/K/A FAROOQ SYED A/K/A FAROOQ ALI SYED; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 404, SAND LAKE POINT UNIT IV, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 105, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
