NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2015-CA-006697-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which HMC Assets, LLC solely in its Capacity as Separate Trust of CAM XIV Trust, is the Plaintiff and Latwoin Taylor a/k/a Latwoin T. Taylor a/k/a Latwoin E. Taylor a/k/a Latwoin Evon Taylor, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Johnny Taylor, United States of America, Department of Treasury, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 nka Shayyah Hood, Westyn Bay Community Association, Inc., Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 11th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
