NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 28, 2018, in Case No. 2016-CA-003187-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT WELSH; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1143, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT 17, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 AT PAGES 68 AND 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
