ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: All records and patient files of Rasik Mehta, M.D., have been maintained in the possession of Stephen Spahr, for a period of over 24 months since the death of Rasik Mehta. All unclaimed records are scheduled to be destroyed on November 6, 2018.
