Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judment of foreclosure entered on September 6, 2018, in Case No. 11-2018-CC-000890-0001-XX of the County of the Judicial Circuit for Collier County Florida, whereby a controversy was adjudicated, the Court will sell at public sale the following desribed real property:
Boat Slip Unit No. 7, VENETIAN BAY YACHT CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1249, Page 864, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The sale will be held October 4, 2018, at 11:00a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
