NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-1355 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CLUB HOMES I AT HERITAGE GREENS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SAMANTHA STEVINS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block C, Heritage Greens, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 78 through 94, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
