Pierson, deceased
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, South Winds Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to terminate the lease to the following Cooperative parcels and evict you from the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Units 274 and 275, South Winds Mobile Home Park, a cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (Plot Plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 2308, Pages 86-100, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
upon which lies the following mobile homes:
VIN 121922, Title No. 0002433442, and VIN 2020361/2020362, Title Nos.
0002435439 and 0002435440
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
