NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 3, 2018, and subsequent Order of this Court on September 6, 2018, in Case No.2017 CA 2192 NC, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on October 11, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 10-203, STONERIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument Number 2005158106, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common element appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
