Curren, Cecil Ruben Curren, and Cecil Rheuben Curren, LOREN TABOR-DRIVER, a/k/a Lorene Tabor, RACHAEL CHRISTIAN and DAVID TABOR, if alive, or if dead, their unknown spouses, widows, widowers, heirs, devisees, creditors, grantees, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the Defendants in regards to the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lots 19, 20 & 21, Block 65, 4th Addition to Port Charlotte. Parcel ID No. 1004-00-6519.
Lot 3, Block 2409, 49th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 1, lA thru 1TT, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Parcel ID No. 1119-24-0903.
Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above-described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiffs attorney, Sandra A. Sutliff, 3440 Conway Blvd., Suite 1-C, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230 on or before October 15, 2018, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Sarasota County, Florida.
