NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-001892 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-18CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-18CB, Plaintiff, and JOHN J. LUTZ; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 4 day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosre, to wit:
LOT(S) 7 AND 8, BLOCK 44, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT N0.7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE(S) 122 TO 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
