COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, FLORIDA SIGNATURE HOMES, LLC, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on November 1, 2017. Case No: 17-CA-3529.
1. Lot 19 and 20, Block 4368, Unit 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 48 through 81, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 909 SW 13th Street, Cape Coral, Florida 33991
2. Lot 37 and 38, Block 1900, Unit 45, Part 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 135 through 150, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before Oct 16, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
