NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003623 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QO10, is the Plaintiff and London's Future Holdings LLC, Fifth Third Mortgage Company, Jose Cortinas aka Jose A Cortinas, Lee County, Florida, Tawana Cortinas aka Tawana S Cortinas, Trinity Financial Services, LLC, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4 BLOCK 5 UNIT 1 MIRROR LAKES SECTION 18 TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST LEHIGH ACRES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 PAGE 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
