NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-002741 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and Donald Irving Young a/k/a Donald I. Young a/k/a Donald Young; Ginette Young; Unknown Spouse of Ginette Young; Bank of America, N.A.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 4, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 1717, UNIT 44, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 104 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
