YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, reform a deed, and determine beneficiaries concerning real property located in Lee County, Florida, which has a physical address of 2001 SW 12th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, and is described as follows:
Lot 49, Block 6025, Unit 95, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, page 40 through 44, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before Oct 22, 2018 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
