Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8th day of May, 2018, and entered in case No. 17-CC-000018 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PROMENADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, ELAINE LYNNE SIRT- HASTING, DAVID SCOTT HASTINGS, EQUITY PRESENTATION FUNDING, LLC and the UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION now known as BENJAMIN EIRE, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 91, THE PROMENADE EAST AT THE FORUM, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 63 through 70, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
