NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-000378 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NANCY N. HAMBLIN A/K/A NANCY NICHOLS HAMBLIN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STEPHEN K. PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 300 FEET OF THE WEST 144.3 FEET OF THE EAST 169.3 FEET OF LOT 57-A OF TEMPLE TERRACES IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 ON PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 240 FEET OF THE WEST 144.3 FEET OF THE EAST 169.3 FEET OF LOT 57-A, OF TEMPLE TERRACES IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
