RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 22, 2018 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008637 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL S. CONLON A/K/A MICHAEL CONLON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 8-216, Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14118, page 1940 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
