NOTICE is hereby given that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on September 27, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF RICHARDSON PLACE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, RICHARDSON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 134.25 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 50.20 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, SAID POINT BEING 20.65 FEET NORTHEASTERLY OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 117.85 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE NORTHERLY 55.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
