NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-009731 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and Miranda Nicole Dunham f/k/a Miranda Nicole Giambra; Unknown Spouse of Miranda Nicole Dunham f/k/a Miranda Nicole Giambra are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
