NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007554 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and PAMELA FITTS A/K/A PAMELA E. FITTS; LAKE HEATHER OAKS HOMEOWNERS; ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 3, North Lakes - Section F-Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 3, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
