16-CA-000175 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and DAVID C. CHANG A/K/A DAVID CHANG; LING CHANG; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A DENVER MULLINGS are the Defendant(s).
