NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of
Foreclosure dated August 3, 2018, in Case No. 2015-CA-11193, Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH I ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH I, is the Defendant, I, Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions at 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2018, the following described real property, situate and bring in Hillsborough County, Florida:
