NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final
Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2018 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-009137 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-ASAP6, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and BRIAN LIPSTEIN A/K/A BRIAN S. LIPSTEIN; JEANETTE LIPSTEIN; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK E, TURNBERRY AT THE EAGLES - FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
