THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10 OF BROWN-MASON ADDITION TO SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
