NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-20536 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CRI-OD Construction Company, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Mary Dunbar a/k/a Mary Crumity a/k/a Mary Moore is the Defendant, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The east 311.15 feet of the west 735.00 feet of the north 210.00 feet of the South 420 feet of the northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of section 23, township 29 south, range 22 east, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida. Easement in common with others for ingress and egress over and across the South 15 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Ranhe 22 East, Lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida; less the west 735 feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
