NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 21, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-006520 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HET 2006-17 is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH L. MERCHANT A/K/A ELIZABETH MERCHANT, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of November, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 1, Revised Plat of Watrous Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
