NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000767, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. is Plaintiff and RAFAEL RAMOS A/K/A RAFAEL B. RAMOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL RAMOS A/K/A RAFAEL B. RAMOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 2/3 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, RUN SOUTH 1027.1 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 296.8 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 293.4 FEET, THENCE WEST 296.8 FEET, THENCE NORTH 293.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
