NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17003450CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JOAN G. MORGAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF CALLIST NYAMBO A/K/A CALLIST NAULI NYAMBO; WINDING CREEK IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLEMENTINA J. CHAKY; CHRISTINA DAMAS NYAMBO; MATILDA EDGER NYAMBO; MARY ELIGIUS MBUYA A/K/A MARIA ELIGIUS MBUYA; DOMITILA KINIA NYAMBO; ADELA MEENA NYAMBO A/K/A ADELAIDA MEENA NYAMBO; MARTINA H. MOSHA KESSY; FLORA NJAU; HILDEGARDA NYAMBO; BEDA M. L. NYAMBO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CALLIST NYAMBO A/K/A CALLIST NAULI NYAMBO; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of October, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS APARTMENT NO. 101, BUILDING NO.8, WINDING CREEK IV A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDING CREEK IV, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5056. PAGE 977, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7847, PAGE 2051 OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9705, PAGE 580, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10789, PAGE 1868, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10817, PAGE 2202, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 99, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
