NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, and entered in 18-001386-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and DAVID R. BUCHHOLZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID R. BUCHHOLZ; TIMBERWOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 17, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4807, PAGE 1763, O.R. BOOK 5164, PAGE 1513 AND O.R. BOOK 6528, PAGE 1826, ALSO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 23 AND 24, ALL AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
