YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida:
Unit S-107, REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, pages 1 through 17, and Condominium Plat Book 132, pages 80 through 96 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13243, page 420 et seq., and the amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 13265, page 850, et seq. and O.R. Book 13678, page 838, et seq., all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
