NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 30, 2018 in Civil Case No. 16-005256-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE WOODBRIDGE LOAN TRUST 2004-1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 is the Plaintiff, and NANCY R. RISEBROOK A/K/A NANCY RISEBROOK; FARRINGTON ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 4107, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISION OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE FARRINGTON ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 93 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, AND IN O.R. BOOK 4864, PAGES 843 THROUGH 895, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
