NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case Number: 2013-CC-010178-O, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated September 14, 2018, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITRUS RIDGE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and FRANK SCARLATA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, EXECUTORS, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 13th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
