NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-004272-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ESTEBAN E. RAMOS A/K/A ESTEBAN RAMOS; ELFRIDA M. RAMOS A/K/A ELFRIDA RAMOS; CYPRESS LAKES AT HIGH POINT PHASE TWO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TANIA FRATICELLI C/O ASUME; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of OCTOBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, CYPRESS LAKES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
