Lot 42, Block 26, TRAILER ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 138, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with mobile home having Vehicle Identification Number: 45102081; Title: 602935; Manufacturer: REGA; Length: 41 feet; Year: 1958; Body Type: HS.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before OCTOBER 25, 2018 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Third Amended Complaint.
