NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Re-Foreclosure entered in the above-referenced case on September 12, 2018, that Angelina Colonnesco, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
The Westerly 2.8 feet of the Northerly 199.57 feet, less the Northerly 7.0 feet of the property and less the Southerly 42.17 feet of the property described in Official Records Book 335, Page 450, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on October 30, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
