YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 121, BUIDING O, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE III, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1064, PAGE 1505, AND AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1064, PAGE 2802 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 62 AND 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
