NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2018, and entered in CASE NO: 2013-CA-003084 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMEC TRUST 2014-1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL EARL COOPER A/K/A MICHAEL E. COOPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL E. COOPER A/K/A MICHAEL E. COOPER; MAE E. COOPER; CENTURY BANK FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT 1;UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on January 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The Westerly 30 feet of Lot 10 and the Easterly 35 feet of Lot 11, Block A, MANASOTA PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 154, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
