NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA001768AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Mark McCormack a/k/a Mark J. McCormack; Unknown Spouse of Mark McCormack a/k/a Mark J. McCormack; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc.; Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc. f/k/a Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 583, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
