NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 13, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA003818AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUSTCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL and MARIE LEVINS, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 16, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 10, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 153 AND 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
