NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017CA001658 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and CHERYL A. MCINTOSH; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK B, FAIRFAX, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
