NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2015CA000752AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, Plaintiff, and, RACHEL CHRISTMAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of October, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 7, BLOCK “B”, FAIRFIELD ACRES UNIT ONE, AS PER CORRECTIVE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
