NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2018, and entered in 53-2018-CA-000852 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and PAUL E. WILKINSON; JO ANN WILKINSON; JO ANN WILKINSON, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JO ANN WILKINSON TRUST, UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1990; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JO ANN WILKINSON TRUST, UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1990; JO ANN WILKINSON, NOT PERSONALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF THE JO ANN WILKINSON TRUST UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 17, 1995 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
