Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 11, 2018, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF TRACT 126, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO . 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 99 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on October 11, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
