NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015CA002252CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-QS8 is the Plaintiff and Juan B. Litardo Jr.; Juliana D. Litardo are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 792, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
