NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-053587 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ALI IBRAHIM, et.al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of October, 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 68, Hawthorne Phase 1B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded as Instrument Number 2006000122125, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
