NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-002873 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Indymac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and Janet Ruddock a/k/a Janet Brown-Ruddock a/k/a J. Ruddock; Duval L. Ruddock, Sr. a/k/a Duvall L. Ruddock, Sr. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM. on the 21 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 38, UNIT 12, REPLAT LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 44, SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
