NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Sept. 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002811 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN SUBOCH A/K/A JOHN J. SUBOCH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 9B & 10, BLOCK 654, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149-173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
