NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-006274 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2004-HE5 is the Plaintiff and Hector Rodriguez a/k/a Hector M. Rodriguez; Clara Rodriguez; GTE Federal Credit Union dba GTE Financial f/k/a GTE Federal Credit Union; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank FA are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, RAVENWOOD SUBDIVISION UNIT NO 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
