LOT 6, BLOCK 1, BOYETTE SPRINGS B UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10210 RAINBRIDGE DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on October 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
